We are a very small family run business and our food preparation is done in our own home kitchen (our 5 star rated home kitchen). We take every care to ensure that all equipment used in the preparation of our chilli goo is isolated from home cooking and is thoroughly cleaned and sterilised before use.

The allergens listed below in our products come from precautionary allergen labelling (PAL) from our suppliers. We are doing our best to reduce any possibility of contamination as we want as many people as possible to safely enjoy our CHiLLi GOO.
