How did it all begin?

Based in Chelmsford, Essex, Claire and Doug decided to share this idea publicly in 2022 after years of it sitting in the corners of their minds.

Based in Chelmsford, Essex, Claire and Doug initially created CHiLLi GOO spontaneously one weekend afternoon by experimenting with different variants of chilli & CHiLLi GOO was created! It became an annual Christmas gift addition among family, the feedback was good & the discussion began. Then came the wedding favour idea, the immense positive feedback & the amount of people craving for CHiLLi GOO had suddenly multiplied.

However a spontaneous pandemic put our idea on hold, food production & ever changing safety measures were an unappealing environment especially for pursuing a new business venture. In 2022, with the world back on track, so was our idea & here we are! Ready to introduce many to intense flavour & the unlimited possibilities of CHiLLi GOO!
